We support youth in our church, and community, to grow together, learn of, and share God’s everlasting love and support.
Proudly part of Greater Gaithersburg Youth Ministry (GGYM)
While we offer youth events and activities unique to Mill Creek Parish, we join the combined ministry of Epworth UMC and Emory Grove UMC to support the youth in all of our churches. By coming together, we combine resources, volunteers, and most importantly, our youth! This creates a warm, welcoming, multicultural group
that has a lot of fun.

Mill Creek Parish Unique
GGYM We Worship on Fridays (WWF):
Friday nights at Greater Gaithersburg Youth Ministry have a new focus. Friday Nights will be more focused on worshiping together and having conversations in smaller groups. But of course there will still be fun games, dinner, and a chance to hangout each Friday. If you haven’t been in awhile, come check us out. Join us every Friday from 6:30pm to 8:30pm at Epworth United Methodist Church. Open to all youth grades 6th-12th. Contact Allison Dunn for more information.
Retreats:
Stay tuned for more updates about our retreats. Retreats are just that! A chance to get away, have fun, get to know each other and grow closer to God.
Confirmation Classes:
Confirmation Class has already started. If your youth is interested in joining the confirmation class for next year and would like more information please contact Allison or Pastor Jeff.
SSL Opportunities:
These pop up along the year, from helping prepare Easter baskets, to bringing surprises to our shut-ins, there’s always something for the youth to get involved in.
